After a long hike, the spa was just what we needed, and the room was really comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. The food was so pure and tasty, and dinner here is amazing. At breakfast Traubi served us and shared wonderful hiking tips; Urban looked after us at dinner. Petra was a very friendly, helpful host, just like the rest of the staff. Fink is a wonderful hotel in Brixen’s old town. We’ll definitely return, thank you!

The bread was mind-blowing, and everything else was top notch too. They build creative dishes around local ingredients and herbs from the surrounding nature. The quality really does justify the price. We loved the meal and will definitely come back.

The spa was a real treat after hiking, with a well-kept sauna, steam bath, Roman bath, and more. Breakfast was superb, with local specialties and dishes made to order, and the restaurant serves some of the most refined local food around. It was also easy to reach the nearby car park, so there was no need to drive into the historic center. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with lovely interiors and welcoming staff. As someone who travels a lot, I’d call it one of the best places I’ve stayed. Highly recommend, and I’ll return.

We loved every bite of the four-course menu, and there was a generous choice for food of this quality. The kitchen is refined, innovative, and still manages to keep things clean and beautiful. My husband enjoyed some great wine by the glass, and the service was excellent. If we could, we’d move to Brixen just to eat here often. This restaurant deserves a thousand stars. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
