Lupetta apartment

The problems started before we even got inside. Internet access was unreliable, and I needed it to enter the building. A woman at a shop across the street said this sometimes happens. Once we finally opened the door, the sofa bed was filthy and broken, and there was only one sheet, with nothing to use as a cover. The bed's defective side sloped badly, so I barely slept. There were four of us, but we got only two large towels and one hand towel, so two people had to dry off with a wet towel. I can adapt, but at the price charged I expected better. We had also paid a cleaning fee, yet the rules threatened penalties for dirty dishes or leaving the apartment unclean after checkout. Communication on WhatsApp was the worst part. We only got automated replies, despite an email from Sviluppo Immobiliare TIM SRL saying we could call the Host to open the door remotely if we had no 3G/4G connection. The automated messages even claimed they were there to help with specific questions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they enjoy feeling ripped off.

The location of Apart Hotel Lupetta 5 is fantastic, right in the middle of the city, which makes the condition of the place all the more frustrating. Our stay was really uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning, and the old fan didn't work, so my partner and I spent the night sweating and waiting for morning to get some fresh air. The bathroom drain couldn't keep up, and after a few minutes of showering, water started to flood the floor. The doors were broken and hard to open or close, and damp patches on the walls and ceiling made the apartment feel badly looked after. It has potential, but I wouldn't recommend staying here as it is now.

We felt unsafe and uncomfortable because the room smelled bad, had damage, and the door wouldn't shut. We told the staff how we felt, but they brushed us off and said to contact Booking, that it wasn't their problem. The staff were unfriendly and seemed not to care about guests. We left and chose another hotel. It wasn't worth spending even one night here. One of our worst experiences, not recommended!

There was no hot water or heat, and reception offered no help. The room was freezing, bright all night from an outside light, and noisy, so don't expect to sleep. The glass entrance door has no curtain, and you step out of the shower in view of it. Even the kitchen sockets were unusable because the cupboard holes weren't cut large enough for plugs. Reception were the least helpful people I've ever met. I want a refund for the ordeal.
