We found our room perfectly clean, with a fresh smell that seemed to come from regular thorough cleaning rather than fragrance. We saw no reason for the complaints about dirt. The hotel is in a lovely spot and the staff are friendly. People with food sensitivities or allergies may have a harder time, but otherwise everything was great.

The food was delicious and there was so much of it, we never managed to finish everything. Lucia is always ready to make her guests happy. It's a lovely hotel in a fairytale setting, with a Tyrolean style. Great for families with children, but also a good place to stop for a short stay or to enjoy some peace and relaxation.
