NEO Hotel

The rooms were pretty standard, but very quiet, and breakfast was fantastic. We booked through a Monza F1 package and had asked ahead for twin beds and an early check-in. The front desk staff were brilliant and had everything ready when we arrived. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel.

We had a really relaxing stay, and I’d love to come back. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, with good air conditioning. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was amazing, and parking was great too. We stayed on a regular weekday, when the price was lower, so the value was amazing. There’s a grocery store nearby, and a bus that helps you get to the city center. The courtyard was very nice as well.

This was my fourth trip to Bresso in 25 years, and the Neo Hotel keeps getting better. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and tidy, and the staff are wonderful. My friends and I will keep making it our go-to place when we visit Bresso.

We couldn’t sleep during our three-night stay. The rooftop equipment was noisy, and cigarette smells from the lobby came into the room. The air conditioning wasn’t working in our stuffy room when we arrived, and only then were we told the hotel had no air conditioning at that time. They suggested opening a window. We tried to cancel, but they refused a refund because we’d booked through an intermediary, and we couldn’t reach them by phone. The hotel offered only a 10% discount. It was a terrible stay, a huge disappointment that left me feeling cheated. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Check carefully for surprises like this that aren’t mentioned in the offer before booking.
