The renters were helpful with the accommodation, and it’s a great location with a comfortable place to stay overall. The downstairs area does run uncomfortably warm, though. Someone who struggles with stairs may want to think twice about this place.

The host was very rude and offered no hospitality. They seemed to have a problem whenever I needed help with the equipment, and the kitchen equipment didn’t work either. Booking this stay was a terrible decision. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s clean and well equipped, and we’d book again. There are no views, but the central location makes it a perfect base for discovering Rome. Breakfast is included at nice coffee bars nearby.

I Capocci felt warm and fully equipped, like a place you can call home. It’s in the center of Monti, among Rome’s most elegant and lively areas, with Termini and Colloseo a five-minute walk away. Guido was generous and friendly, always checking that everyone was happy. Thank you, GUIDO!

Our host Guido was a big help with recommendations. It’s a beautiful, small, authentic, and quiet place, and breakfast at the nearby cafe Bar Monti was great.
