The hotel's close to the main station, which was the one good thing. As a solo traveller there for a few nights, I walked around the block several times before spotting the small sign. There were homeless people sleeping just feet from the doorway. The building needs major renovation. The bed was comfortable, but there was mould in the bathroom.

The shower was really difficult to use. There was no wall stand for the showerhead, the water came out weakly, and the bath was so small that it couldn't be filled and used. The included breakfast wasn't anything special, though it was handy if you didn't want to go to a shop. Aside from that, the room had everything needed and looked like the pictures. The place was clean and spacious, with a super friendly host and a shared kitchen with tables to sit at. It's great for the price, just a 5-minute walk from Termini station. Recommended, and I'd visit again. :)

The only breakfast was toast, as you can see in the last photo. I stayed for five days and saw someone working there once, when she collected my taxes. After that, no one was around. The AC was loud enough to keep me from sleeping and didn't cool the place, while the old elevator made strange noises as it went up. This isn't anywhere near the center, either, it took 40 minutes to get anywhere by bus or scooter. It wasn't cheap, so save your money and health and stay somewhere else. I swear, I felt like Jack Nickolson in the shining. I'll leave an honest review and photos because apparently the hotel paid people to write dishonest reviews about this weird place. This isn't a hotel by any means.

It felt like a very old-fashioned hotel in Rome, and it was expensive for what it was. The air conditioning wasn't good, and there was no one available if you needed to ask for something like a fresh towel.

Stephanie was especially kind and supportive, and I'd like to thank her personally. The location is great, just a few minutes from Termini. The building is old, though you'd only really notice from the height of the storeys. It's a great example of keeping things clean and tidy even with two-star service. Highly recommended.
