Hotel Europa

We loved the massages with Tiziana, both the aroma massage and the ski recovery one were incredible. The common areas were beautiful and thoughtfully put together, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the ski room made storing our gear easy. With our 3- and 6-year-old children, the location was ideal: about a block and a half from the lifts, where you can rent equipment, so the kids didn't have far to walk. The staff exceeded our expectations throughout. Enrico, Marco, Verónica, Martin and Carmen paid attention to little things and showed real care for our children. ❤️ We absolutely loved the stay and will be back next year. Thanks to the whole team for making our vacation so special!

A few useful things to know: there was no USB plug in the room, so bring one; plenty of shampoo and gel were supplied. If the room gets too hot or cold, reception can adjust it. Parking at the hotel cost €15 a day. We booked as a group and were very happy. The spa in the basement was lovely, with a pool, sauna, steam room, showers, recliners, plus free coffee, tea and water. The ski room is down there too, with a locker assigned to each room and operated by your room card. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the slopes, rental shop and bars. Staff were welcoming and spoke English easily. Our room was clean and comfortable, with an adequate bathroom. The bar and restaurant were good; we ate half board and the food was nice quality. Breakfast was a mixed assortment.

The only real drawback was that we couldn't turn off the radiator, so we opened the bathroom window or balcony door when needed. Otherwise, this was probably the best place I've stayed while snowboarding over six holidays. The location works well for both food and slopes, and the hotel has secure boot lockers. Breakfast is a nice help-yourself spread, and the evening restaurant offers a good selection. Rooms were cleaned daily. The staff at reception and in the bar were super friendly and attentive. You're a one-minute walk from the lifts, or there's a great shuttle driver who takes you to the gondola in about five minutes. We spent a week here and highly recommend it.
