This is our favorite hotel anywhere in the world, and the best in Cervinia. Book well ahead because it’s always sold out. The architecture is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and spotless, and the service is exceptional. The team pays attention to details and makes you feel like family, which not many resorts can do. We loved seeing the owners’ dogs around the property. We have dogs too, so it felt like home. It’s very family-friendly and an easy walk to the village for skiing, shopping, restaurants, and apres. Ci piace così tanto qui! Soggiorneremo a Saint Hubertus solo quando verremo a Cervinia!

The staff are warm and attentive, and you start to recognize the same people during your stay. They remember individual likes and dislikes, which makes the service feel personal. Their local knowledge is valuable too, so ask them about restaurants and dishes around town. The hotel sits at the foot of the mountains and provides ski equipment storage and transport to the slopes. After skiing, the comfortable, well-equipped spa is a great place to unwind. There’s also an excellent restaurant on site, with high-quality food for a relaxed evening in. The owner takes part in the day-to-day running of the hotel, helping keep the service close and attentive. The interior is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful and well provisioned, and the staff are kind and always willing to go the extra mile.

The hotel is a little far from the ski trails in general, but I wasn’t disappointed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and stayed warm and cozy even when it was cold outside. The food was great, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When the tuck-in bed wasn’t working properly during our stay, they simply moved us to another room.

Updated Dec. 2017: It never fails to impress. The staff are still super helpful, and now there’s a Tesla Destination charger for electric vehicles. The restaurant is as good as before, perhaps even better, and I still think it deserves a Michelin Star. It’s definitely one of Cervinia’s best hotel spa resorts, if not the best. The resort is gorgeous, with a brand-new but very tasteful facility, friendly, impeccable service, and an awesome spa. The restaurant is excellent, top-notch, and worthy of a Michelin star.
