My room was kept clean every day, and the cleaning ladies were the one bright spot: always cheerful and friendly. The rest of the stay was a mess. We arrived with my family in the first week of September and then waited three hours for the room, with no water offered in the heat. The facility felt very old and neglected, and the owners didn't seem suited to running this kind of place. Meals were awful, just the same pasta with different toppings; the kids' menu was much better. The lifeguard was unprofessional. I had to pay €5 for a mosquito net, so geckos got in every night and bedtime turned into a constant fight. I won't come back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone hoping for a quiet, relaxing holiday.
