The garden and BBQ were lovely, and the hosts were so helpful. The kids especially loved the dog Holli, table soccer and pingpong table. What a wonderful place with wonderful people! It's handy for exploring Tropea and the area. Just a few minutes' drive away is Market Artese, a bakery/market with the best sandwich we had in Calabria. Around 1pm it gets very busy with locals picking up sandwiches or trattoria-style food.

The enclosed grounds and friendly hosts make this a nice spot for a relaxing break by the sea. You can cook your own food there, and Briatico is close by for shops, cafes and restaurants.

We felt right at home thanks to the hospitable, helpful owners. The villa is beautiful, clean and cared for down to the last detail, in a convenient, peaceful spot just steps from the sea. A flawless stay, and we'll definitely be back. Thanks so much for everything! Super top!

The property made this stay special, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and easy to reach. Thanks to all of you, from Santino to Olly, the Gramigna mascot, and a big hug to tireless Angela. We hope to be back soon. We spent the whole vacation relaxing. The villa looked just like the pictures, had everything we needed, and was airy enough that we never turned on the air conditioning. Shared spaces were well cared for and open to all guests. The wide beach and clear sea were an easy walk away.

The owners were so friendly and available, and made us feel at home right away. The villa itself was spacious, spotless, and peaceful, with tasteful details throughout. A lovely place for a relaxing break.
