Marcelo was brilliant with transportation whenever we needed help. When our ferry was cancelled because of a strike, he made sure we had alternative plans sorted out, and it all worked out. The place was beautiful and relaxing, and we enjoyed having breakfast in the room. A great place to begin our vacation in Brindisi.

We'd definitely stay here again. The room/apartment was roomy, very well kept and clean, with big windows. The bed was soft, which isn't our preference, though some people might like it.

The location was really good, but the stay wasn't pleasant. We were on floor 1, right above the restaurant, and there were no blinds, leaving the room fully exposed to view. It was VERY noisy all night. If getting sleep matters to you, choose another hotel.

The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. My complaint is about payment and the refund. I booked through booking.com, but the property marked me as a no-show, so booking.com charged the no-show fee, even though I'd already paid the property through a link it sent by email. It's been over a month of back and forth with booking.com, trying to get that fee refunded, because the property won't respond to them. The property manager also stopped replying after I declined to give him my bank account details for a “refund.” All they need to do is confirm to booking.com that we did show up, and I'd get my money back. Update: check-in was self-service, and I didn't meet anyone in person. We left the apartment before 6am for our flight. As soon as the apartment manager sent the payment link, which was after we'd left, I paid. It would've been nice if he'd then taken a moment to tell booking.com the payment came through and the NO SHOW was a mistake, so I could get my refund. booking.com clearly warns on its page not to provide bank information for online security. Once again, please confirm to booking.com that I paid for my stay so I can get my refund.
