We spent five days at Gattopardo Hotel in Brolo, Messina, on holiday with my partner, Grace, and had a wonderful time. We felt valued throughout, thanks to staff who were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had modern amenities, and the hotel itself had a warm, charming feel. The location made it easy to get to local attractions, with picturesque views to enjoy as well. We also liked the dining options, which gave us a taste of regional cuisine. The hotel made a relaxing holiday for us, and we'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Brolo, Messina. We hope to return.

The staff were good, and the location is great, very close to the sea and a lovely beach. We enjoyed the views from the rooms and the restaurant on the 7th floor. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms, but the facilities are limited. The furniture is old, and there's no air conditioning in the rooms. Breakfast could offer more choice and quantity. For what's provided, the prices are high.

The staff and their friends were rude, making fun of tourists for ordering in Italian. Don't bother stopping here.

The food was awful, the towels weren't cleaned at all, and there was no fridge in the rooms. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The service and dinner were great, and there's a pool too. My room had no air conditioning.
