We had to cancel our stay because of technical problems, but the owner let us know honestly and found us another place to stay incredibly quickly. I really appreciated that care. If we're back in the area, we'd happily book here.

There's no air conditioning, which was a downside, but the room itself was fine and reasonably priced. The village is small and well placed for getting to Cinque Terre, so the location worked really well.

We were welcomed warmly, and our room was lovely and very clean.

The building feels a little dated, though its spot right in the center of Brugnato is handy, with plenty of fresh food nearby. We had a triple room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a laundry kit. The owners were very kind and could arrange check-in at a time that suited us. We'd definitely return.

It's a cute place right in the village center, and the room was roomy and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was free parking very close. In a hot summer, the lack of air conditioning is the one drawback, though they unfortunately can't install it.
