The owners were so nice, and the rooms were clean with a fantastic view. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pastry. Just remember, it’s a baita, not a five-star hotel. Simple, but pretty.

The view was beautiful, but that was the only good part of my stay. The rooms were old and unpleasant, and there was an ant nest in the shower. The food was cheap and didn't seem fresh, and they never cleaned my room. The wine was past its date and smelled and tasted strange. When I told the owner, he just laughed and wouldn't even try or smell it. He was disrespectful and had no manners. I'm very dissatisfied that I booked here.

I reserved through booking.com about three weeks ahead and later cancelled. Even though cancellation was free, the hotel charged over EUR 3,300 to my credit card. They never replied to my emails and refused to refund me. booking.com eventually refunded my trip, thank goodness. The owners were rude and dishonest. Places like this shouldn't exist.

The cabin had a spectacular view, and I felt at home in its familiar, relaxing atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay and would love to return soon. I highly recommend it.
