We felt very safe here, and everything is close by, including restaurants and the leaning tower, both just a short walk away. We stayed one night on 9/25/2025 in a clean, safe, comfortable room just off reception, with a lovely large balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and someone is on site 24 hours a day if you need help. There's a bar with delicious wine and other drinks. We skipped breakfast and went to a local cafe instead. Parking is very limited, with a tiny driveway, so reserve a spot ahead if you need one and bring a small car.

On our first visit to Pisa, our phones ran out of battery, so we asked the hotel to charge them. We were in a difficult spot, and the staff welcomed us with smiles and were very supportive. The hotel is great for location, organization, and cleanliness. A special thank you to Francesco, who was always helping us with a smile. I'm very grateful to the hotel and staff, and highly recommend it to everyone, grazie.

The buffet breakfast was tasty, with pastries, scrambled and boiled eggs, sausage, fruit, and yoghurt. The staff were very friendly, too. We stayed in a suite in Sept 2025, with two rooms and a lovely balcony. The rooms were very comfortable, but there was only one small cupboard between us for hanging clothes, so I'd give it 4.5 if Google allowed it. The tower is literally a 5-6 minute walk away. The bus stop is a minute away, and the +1 bus runs to and from the train station, along with the Pisa Mover from the airport. Couldn't be easier. We'd definitely stay again if we're back in Pisa. Highly recommended!

My top-floor room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely view of the Leaning Tower. That was a real highlight. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. This charming little hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Square of Miracles. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality in Pisa.
