Giulia was friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours early, but it was no problem: we got both our room and a parking space. Our room had its own bathroom with a bathtub and a lovely balcony overlooking the garden, and breakfast was very good. The downside was that some families with children were loud. You could also hear people using the shared bathroom at night.

The owners were very friendly and showed us our room and bathroom. The place was spotless, close to the centre of Piza, and simple but pleasant. Our room had a private bathroom that was a bit dated but had everything you'd need. The bedrooms are standard and basic, with breakfast included. I slept well on the lower bunk, but my parents in the next room didn't sleep well because the fan was slow and barely helped, and there was no air conditioning. The ceiling is very high, but the lower bunk sits very low, so you could hit your head on it. I'd stay again.

Clean bathroom and a nice room, about a five-minute walk from the city center. Fully recommend!

A relaxed, informal sort of B&B, with a lovely host, Julia. The nightly price was VERY reasonable.
