The drinks were fine, but the lady at reception/bar was cold and rather unfriendly. We politely asked if we could get some drinks and were served in such a grudging, unwelcoming way. We won't be back.

We were very satisfied with the service at Hotel Gissbach. The rooms were decorated very nicely, and the service was good. Food was excellent, from the extremely rich breakfast buffet to the varied dinners made with local products. We’ll come again.

We had a really pleasant couple of hours in the hotel bar, a lovely way to begin our visit to the region. The sun terrace was nice even with snow on the mountain tops, the service was friendly, and prices were reasonable. There was a great choice of drinks and pizzas to snack on.

The staff were really friendly. I don't think I've had such a varied and plentiful breakfast at many hotels!
