The receptionists were very helpful, and the rooms were clean enough. There weren't many choices at breakfast, and the TV only had Italian-language channels. No iron was available, and there was no ironing service.

The location worked well for us, about a five-minute taxi ride from Assago Forum. There's also a bus that goes straight to the train stop if you'd rather skip the taxi. Our room was small but cozy, with very clean sheets, towels, and floors, though the shower was narrow. We really appreciated the front desk staff, especially Jacopo, Julia and Alexandro, who always greeted us and helped my sister and me with information. Jacopo gave us useful tips about the area, listened to us, and made our trip better with drinks at the small bar on the main floor. It was a nice place to relax in the evening, and we enjoyed the laughs and conversations. Thank you all for being so polite and helpful.

I really didn't have a good experience here.

The location is strategic, the breakfast was decent, and the staff were polite and helpful. But the room was awful. At €145 a night, I didn't expect to find moldy food left in the fridge, dead bedbugs on the windowsill, dirty windows taped to the marble to block drafts, and a wasp's nest in the bathroom. It seemed like the room had been shut up for who knows how long, and all the dust in the air triggered an allergy attack overnight. Unspeakable. After I complained, they should have offered another room, instead of asking me to keep the fridge closed and whether I really needed it.
