We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious, and there’s secure storage in the underground parking for bikes.

The staff were great, and I felt safe overnight. Parking was easy, and the place was clean and felt very safe. Breakfast didn’t offer much choice, but everything I tried tasted really good. The rooms are old and a bit dated, though we were still happy with our stay. It has the feel of a very budget hotel, with plastic cups in the rooms and stains on the ceiling.

2/10
The staff were unpleasant and rude, with very poor social skills, and they didn’t seem fond of children. The hotel itself feels neglected, with old furniture and everything looking outdated. The parking lot is small, and the shower is so cramped that an average-sized person can barely fit. Avoid staying here. It isn’t worth the money.

We were lucky enough to catch a local festival, with dancing, food, music, and a lovely atmosphere. Bussolengo itself is a peaceful, smaller town with charming little bars and a central plaza, and it felt safe for a family stay. The hotel was comfortable: our room was clean and cleaned daily, the bathroom was nice, and the air conditioning was quiet. The gym was outstanding and had all sorts of equipment. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs, ham, fresh vegetables, croissants, and fruit, plus good cappuccino and americano. Thanks to everyone at reception and in the restaurant for hosting us so well. We had a really nice stay and would recommend it.

Bussolengo is a nice, sleepy town about 15 minutes or so from Verona, and Krystal Hotel made a great base for our family. We were very happy with the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and fabulous staff. Breakfast was an excellent international spread, served by the friendly team. There’s free outdoor parking, or garage parking for €10 a night. This will be my first choice when I’m visiting the Verona and Mantova area. Highly recommended.
