The air-conditioning was a godsend, and the room was comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. It’s a great base for seeing the local area and sightseeing. There’s also a scooter hire shop on the ground floor, if you’re brave enough to try it.

The location is great for shopping and pizza, and we’ll certainly stay here next time we’re in Napoli. The rooms are very clean, and the showers are simply amazing. Checking in with Stefano couldn’t have been easier. For a last-minute room, it was just amazing!

The location is excellent, but the hygiene was a major problem. Our fresh sheets clearly hadn’t been washed. The cover was stained and smelled really bad. We told the receptionist, who said he’d change it, but he didn’t. By the time we got back, reception had closed, so we had to sleep without covers. My friends found a pair of dirty white shorts in the other room’s covers. It really seemed the sheets and covers weren’t being sent to the laundry after each use.

Every day we found a new bottle of water and coffee in the room, and the staff were warm and friendly. They arranged a taxi when we needed one, and it was cheap. The noise from Via Toledo was an issue, but with the windows closed we couldn’t hear anything. For the price, our stay at Toledo16 was absolutely fantastic. Thank you.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, even though it’s in one of the busiest parts of Napoli’s historic center.
