The setting was lovely and the service so kind. The food tasted really good, and the prices were incredibly low. Everything was amazing, 100 with honors!

The buildings are beautiful and the rooms gorgeous, but the customer service was a huge disappointment. At 7pm we were told no food was being served, even as food kept going out to other groups. The bar staff seemed surly and irritated by every request. Good grief, that was pretty horrific. The area is quite industrial, and the main shopping area of Buttrio is about a 40-minute walk or 5-minute drive away.

We ended up booking this hotel out of necessity, then discovered a hidden gem. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable, the restaurants serve delicious food, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had an amazing afternoon and night.
