We stayed for 8 days with our dog and cat, and there was no extra charge for either. The owners made us feel very welcome. The place is clean and has a homely feel, while the apartment looks out over a well-kept garden. Although the entrance is on the street, traffic is barely noticeable. It's also well placed for getting to La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Lerici, Genoa, Carrara and Pisa.

The owners were so friendly, and everything was impeccably clean. We felt very comfortable during our three-night stay. It's a great base for visiting Cinque Terre. I highly recommend it.
