The communication was abusive and very unprofessional. After I booked, someone contacted me asking me to try paying outside the normal secure booking process. I declined and stuck to the official platform, and the representative became aggressive. I got insulting and abusive messages, including inappropriate remarks about my child. That’s completely unacceptable. I strongly suggest future guests keep all communication on the official booking platform and be wary of payment requests outside it. I have photos documenting what happened.

I got no information after paying, so I called to ask what to do. The manager called me stupid for not being able to read emails, but I hadn't received anything except the Booking.com email, which had none of the instructions he mentioned. I stayed calm, asked him to explain, and gave him my email address. He treated me badly, hung up, and didn't answer again. I later replied by email with my documents, then got another message saying I had to pay a deposit by credit card only. There's no way to reach them to get my money back for the room I've already paid for, and I can't get in or get a refund. Go elsewhere, don't even bother coming here. Absolutely avoid. Read the Booking.com reviews, including this one. The manager's responses show how incredibly rude he is. They have no humanity or respect, and deserve to fail as a business and make way for someone else.
