Matteo made us feel welcome and gave us helpful ideas for things to do nearby. The house is lovely, with a big garden and a pool, and the setting is so peaceful. A great spot if you want to switch off.

We found the peaceful getaway we were looking for, and at a very good price. Singles, families, friends, newlyweds, whatever your plans, this place has something for you. The owner is building one of the loveliest places I’ve stayed privately. Hard to add much beyond that. Go see for yourself.

Signora Anna and Matteo, thank you. We stayed for a week and were so glad we chose this place. There are lots of beautiful spots nearby, and the owner is so kind. They even made delicious pizza while we were there.

Affordable, with a lovely view and such good hospitality. It’s a comfortable choice for a holiday or honeymoon. Go see for yourself, it’s a place I’d choose again.

Set apart on a hill, the house has a wonderful view, with the sea and Fermo just a few minutes away. It’s pretty and very well equipped, and works well for a family or a group of friends. There’s a children’s play area too, and the swimming pool is magnificent. Easy to recommend.
