The owner and staff are on hand and know their stuff, but never intrude. The products are quality.

The welcome was hospitable, though at dinner and breakfast I felt as if I were interrupting the family while they ate. I would've preferred a bit more privacy for them, even for guests who are less "open-minded." The daily dinner menu was offered, and breakfast was quite good. The room and bathroom were both spacious. The upper floors where the rooms are located are very nice, and the view is beautiful, though the outside could use some work. My main issue in the room was the towels. They weren't terrycloth or microfiber, and they weren't soft at all.

The food was a real highlight, with delicious dinners made from excellent local, zero-mile products, and a fantastic menu of quality appetizers and first courses. Breakfast was delicious too. The property is beautiful in the Marche hills, only a few kilometers from the center of Fermo. Our room was spotless and had every comfort. The atmosphere felt family-friendly, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. What stayed with us most was the courtesy, hospitality, and genuine friendliness of the people who welcomed us.

Everything we ate was delicious. We're Umbrian and love authentic cuisine made with local ingredients, so this lunch was right up our street. We stopped here after coming from Moresco Borgo dei Borghi. Highly recommended if you're in the area. Thank you, Stefano and Anna from Gubbio.
