Apartment Cavour 68

I was there on a business trip. Check-in was quick, the reception staff were friendly and courteous, and checkout was convenient. The place was clean, with a defrost refrigerator, orthopedic mattress, ergonomic chairs, self-locking mini trash can, 32-inch wall-mounted flat TV, efficient air conditioning, nice interior finishes, and tasteful paintings. A few things need attention: the front door lock sticks, so you risk not being able to get in when you return. The small stovetop burner doesn't work, the shower stall is extremely small, and the main showerhead doesn't work, only the small one. The microwave is too far from the outlet without an extension cord. Weekends get noisy at night because there's a tavern with outdoor tables below the small balcony. The owner is hard to reach: he doesn't answer calls, communicates only by text and not right away, doesn't come in person, and sends replacement staff to check guests in. Property managers should treat detailed reviews as a way to improve their business and raise awareness of the quality and value they offer, not as something to take offense at.
