I've stayed here for six years, and the location is still a big plus. It's peaceful, the room has all the comforts, and the staff are friendly and happy to help with requests. I highly recommend it.

We had such a lovely, really cute stay at the B&B "Bellini". 😂😂😂 The area is peaceful and well connected, and the place is nicely organized. Thanks, Ivan, for being so welcoming and helpful. We recommend your B&B and wish you the best. 👍😉

It's a quiet, comfortable place, about a half-hour walk from the city center. Our room had good equipment and a pretty spacious bathroom. The host was very friendly and shared ideas about where to go. Highly recommended.

The Bellini B&B is lovely, very well kept, and super clean. It's easy to find free parking nearby, and the city center is 10 minutes away. The location also makes it convenient to leave Cagliari. Ivan was kind and helpful, and gave us excellent tips for our trip.

The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works, and the furnishings have a pleasant style, though they feel a little dated. The bathroom is shared. It's a small B&B in a good spot, with CTM connections to Cagliari's main tourist and less touristy areas. If you're not especially demanding and are content with what you get, it's more than adequate.
