The pool was fine, and the apartment isn't bad if you can put up with some noise. We live in the countryside and chose it expecting the quiet suggested by “sinfonia del bosco,” but noise from the garage and its painting compressors lasted through the day. Once that stopped around 7 PM, grass cutting began. Most terrace tables are near the garage, so eating outside was affected too. The house is also not where Google Maps says: it's beside a provincial road, not in the woods, with a garage next to it. Perhaps that's why the owner placed it farther into the woods than usual. Inside, cleanliness needs work, with dust and cobwebs in the corners. Furniture quality and space were adequate, but there were only a few glasses, leaving us wondering why there was a dishwasher we couldn't fill. The air conditioning didn't work, and some bulbs and kitchen tools need attention.

I gave an average rating because I checked prices online, including on the official website, and learned from them that the prices hadn't been updated and the rooms actually cost more. They also requested a deposit, which I hadn't been asked for in years.

The owner is very kind, and the place is lovely and well maintained inside and out. There’s a pool and barbecue for guests, and the area is very quiet. It’s a little inconveniently located, somewhat far from everything, though the roads are easy to access. Recommended.

The property is beautiful, but the suite turned out to be a very ordinary mini-apartment, not the luxurious room I expected when booking. There was a TV, but we couldn't use it because no channels came through. It's a long way from everything, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to leave the property.
