Andrea was a warm, honest host with so much energy and sympathy. We had the imperial room, with a sea view and two balconies, and would definitely choose this place again if we return to Cagliari. The room was clean, well-equipped, and really nice. The shower was fabulous, with LED lights and different settings, and the hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and other products were good quality. There were free pastries, toast, Nutella, jam, and a coffee machine with cappuccino. We thought the main road might make it noisy, but the windows kept the sound out well, and the air conditioning worked nicely. We loved staying here and can’t recommend it enough. Many thanks!

Andrea is so friendly and easy to get along with. The apartment was clean and nice, in a good location, and had everything we needed.

I’ve never met a more welcoming, kind owner. He thinks through every little detail. I’ve stayed in five-star luxury hotels, and this place is just as good.

My wife and I booked the biggest room. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, plus a bit more. Andrea looked after us like an uncle we’d come to visit, and really made us feel at home. He was waiting when we arrived and kindly explained everything. When we asked for recommendations, he even offered to drive us to one of the restaurants he suggested. The next day, I asked if there might be a microwave, and he brought one over for us to use that same day. On checkout day, we left our luggage in the lobby while he came to check in other guests. Since he was heading that way, he offered us a ride to the airport. We felt cared for and lucky to have met Andrea. We highly recommend staying here, and a small tip, book directly with him by WhatsApp. We’ll definitely come back to Cagliari. Jon

We travel a lot and have never had a host like Andrea. You can tell he really cares about his work and loves what he does. Our stay in the apartment was wonderful, and his big heart is worth far more than the rent we paid.
