The accommodation itself was really nice and worth five stars. My room was small but clean and comfortable, with a huge TV and a modern bathroom. It's one room in an apartment in an old building, and the kitchen is shared. The train station is very close, with lots of restaurants nearby, though evenings can get a bit noisy. I took off a star because the host didn't send access details in advance or reply to my email asking for them. We arrived late and had to call because we didn't know the passcode and couldn't get into the building.

The rooms are clean, the Wi-Fi works, and the bathrooms are nice. But check-in through the app takes a long time and is cumbersome. The door locks only work sometimes, so using the code is better than the app.

A big thank you to the owner for accommodating us and letting us keep the room for several hours after check-out. The place is a great option for one or more nights in Cagliari, right by the city center and a stone's throw from the train station. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but it's worth it. The room and bathroom are new and spotless. There's a kitchen with a fridge and coffee maker; a few more places to hang towels would be useful.

The location is excellent, close to the train station and the city center, where there are lots of restaurants and shops. My boyfriend and I stayed here for our summer vacation. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little cramped for two. There was a shared area with a refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. Noise from outside was a downside, especially the front door, which guests would slam instead of letting us go through.
