The room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. It’s also well located, close to the train station and not far from the city center. But I couldn’t sleep any night because the place is extremely noisy, you can hear absolutely everything. If getting rest matters, I’d avoid staying here. Breakfast is served at a nearby bar. I liked it, though it was very basic, with hardly any choice and only sweet items. I’d skip it and put that money toward a proper breakfast elsewhere.

The double room with the spa bath was great, and it really is a jacuzzi style bath, not just a regular tub. The rooms are cleaned daily when guests are out. One thing, though, the bed may suit lighter people better. It’s close to a bus stop, and you can walk to places like the bastille, necropolis, and national archeological museums. A bus stop about 600 meters away serves both Giorgino beach, a natural beach, and Poetto, the big city beach. The owner can connect you with tour companies. Thanks to Caesar for the airport ride and for sharing a city map and tour contacts. If you don’t speak Italian, getting a taxi on your own using only English could be a problem.

A clean room with a nice bathtub in the bedroom, and a very handy spot near the main train station. The check-in details arrived by WhatsApp on the day itself. I don’t think there’s a place to leave bags before check-in.

The room was cozy, clean, and well cared for, with a jacuzzi bathtub and Netflix for relaxing. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Beautiful place, I’d recommend it.

This is the same owner as at Le Meraviglie di Alice, the worst Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The owner was really rude. It was my worst experience.
