The standout for me at Hotel Baylle was Concierge Andrea. He went out of his way to handle our requests and gave us excellent recommendations. The check-in was smooth, and the clean, spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay. It's a gorgeous boutique-style hotel right in the heart of Cagliari, with a great mix of style, service, and location. I can't wait to come back.

We chose this place after doing quite a bit of research and booked ten nights in Delux Room 31. Andrea, the owner, was charming from the moment we arrived, and helpful and informative in a lovely way. The room was very spacious, and housekeeping kept it in tip-top shape. We knew breakfast wasn't served, but there's a first-floor lounge with coffee, hot water, and light snacks. The central location made it easy to explore Cagliari, and our room faced Piazza Yenne, with a Crai Supermarket across the square. Highly recommended.

Really nice room and a cool TV with Netflix. Everything was generally clean, and you can have coffee and snacks whenever you like on the first floor. Reception gave us really good assistance. Thanks for the service.

It's a good place with excellent service, friendly staff, and free consumables. The area stays pretty loud at night, which seems hard to avoid given the hotel's location. Apart from that, it's excellent, with restaurants, shops, bars, and nice surroundings close by.

I liked it so much I added an extra night. The bright, spacious, clean room has high ceilings, and the hotel's right in the middle of Cagliari's main attractions. It was easy to come back and reset during the day, and each return felt peaceful after the city's bustle. USB outlets around the room were a small but useful detail. As a runner, I also appreciated the keypad entry, since I didn't have to carry a room key in the morning. The first-floor lounge with coffee and snacks was another nice bonus. Andrea's good taste shows in all the details. I'm a foodie, and his restaurant recommendations were all top notch. Thanks for a great stay, Andrea. I hope to return when ricci is in season!
