For a short stay, this was a really good place: cool, nice, spacious and super clean. The main things to keep in mind are the noise from the street below and the light coming in from the hall. There are two sun umbrellas, and we left one there in case future visitors can use it. Have a great time! P.S. I forgot to take photos, except for one of the street outside.

This apartment is in a central spot and has potential, but it also has several problems. I booked and reviewed it on Booking.com.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, from ethnic and traditional restaurants to pizzerias, pubs and fast food, plus little grocery stores within walking distance and a supermarket about ten minutes away. The apartment is in the picturesque Marina area, with self-check-in and check-out. It's comfortable for a family of four, and the train and bus stations are roughly a 10-minute walk away. A few things could be better: some furniture is damaged, there aren't enough utensils like breakfast mugs or glasses, and the hallway is cluttered. But the value for money makes those flaws easier to overlook. The cool bag and ice pack, along with the umbrellas, were handy for planning a beach trip, especially for a short 4-5-day holiday without luggage. I give it five stars for the host's kindness in sorting out an issue with my online booking. The booking agents and receptionist communicated really well. I highly recommend booking directly through the website.

Staying in this apartment was a great way to enjoy Cagliari's Mediterranean feel. It's on a central street, just steps from everything, and has been beautifully renovated with every comfort, including beach towels. The host is always available, and the value for money is excellent.
