8/10
The owner was a sweet, helpful woman, though her English was limited. The flat was nicely renovated, with good space, a pleasant bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a huge terrace. Once the sun went down, sitting outside to chat or eat was really nice. The shower had hot water and good pressure. One king-sized bed was a bit soft, and there wasn’t much special about the neighborhood. Still, it was good enough for staying near the airport.

The owner was incredibly friendly and responsible. She suggested sights in the city center and plenty of local restaurants, which helped make our Cagliari holiday perfect. The apartment was spotless, the bed comfortable, and there was a big terrace just outside the kitchen. The city center was a five-minute bus ride away, and the beach took about 15 minutes by bus. Thank you!

The setting and surrounding area weren't very nice. The apartment was short on details, and with six guests there was just one fan and no air conditioning.

The rooms are spacious, and the bus stop is close by. You can get to the city center in just a few minutes.
