Diverso Apartment

A clean, nice place for a night while passing through. Thanks for being so kind :-)

The apartment is in a good spot, and parking is usually available in Portanzia. It’s nice overall, and I’d recommend it, though a number of small things could make the stay more comfortable. There’s no air conditioning, but the two fans do help. Some practical items were missing or could use attention: more coffee pods, ideally one per person per day, a toothbrush holder, bathroom cleaner, more hooks, a drying rack, a dish drainer, and more toilet paper. We were four people staying four days and had only two rolls. Paper towels or cleaning cloths would also be useful. The toilet brush was dirty, the balcony railings had rust, and the towels looked a bit dated. A vacuum cleaner would be more useful than a broom, and a full-sized hair dryer would be preferable to the small travel one provided. The shampoo and soap dispensers should also be completely refilled before guests arrive. Small changes, but they’d make a real difference.

Maria replied quickly whenever I had a question, and the apartment itself was clean with parking nearby and a convenient location. I hadn’t noticed the welcome card with the Wi-Fi password above the kitchen counter. The hot water required switching on the boiler, but there were no instructions for doing that, only a note saying to turn it off. All in all, a nice place for a visit to Pepe di Grani.

Maria is a top-notch host. The place is spacious, comfortable, and very clean, just steps from Pepe in Grani.
