Residenza Capriccioli

The room was fine, and the beach access is convenient, but the way in was dirty. Since guests are the only ones using it, they could clean it once a week. There’s no breakfast available, which is a downside, and the price felt a little high for what we got.

We stayed in a studio facing the garden, and it was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly, the pool was clean, and the beach is an easy walk away. We brought our cat and had no trouble, as the place welcomes pets. There’s a gym, plus a sun deck above it where you can watch both sunrise and sunset.

The nearby beaches are gorgeous, though in high season they get so packed from early morning that visiting hardly seems worthwhile. Our two-person studio was small and dated, but it was reasonably clean. The location is nice, while the nightly rates feel high for what’s provided.

This isn’t a standard hotel, but a group of separate studios, each with its own entrance. The pool was large and clean, the staff were helpful, and the price seemed fair for the location, with Costa Smeralda beaches within walking distance. Inside, though, there was a strong smell that the old buildings made impossible to get rid of. The studio itself was old and hadn’t been renovated. It was also very noisy, we could hear people upstairs talking.
