Oasi Blu

The setting was peaceful and quiet, and the welcome was lovely. Our host showed us to the table promptly. Everything we ate was fresh, local, and delicious. One of the best parts of our trip.

The restaurant dinner was the best meal we’ve had so far in Sardinia, and it was great value. They kindly adapted the menu to make it vegetarian for me. Breakfast was full of delicious local food, and the service was wonderfully friendly. Highly recommend coming for dinner.

We had a set menu for €40 per person, including wine and desserts. It was delicious, homemade with local products, and more than we could manage to eat. The homemade pasta was especially good. The garden is beautiful, the place is carefully looked after, and there’s a large parking area. It’s also a great spot to watch the sunset. Service was exceptional, 10/10.

My father and I came for a birthday lunch, after an acquaintance suggested the place. I’m glad he did. Everything was excellent, and even my father, who’s very grumpy and hard to please, was extremely happy with the meal. That almost never happens. The homemade cream cheese was one of the best I’ve tasted. Everything else was excellent too, especially the roasted piglet. It was cooked just right, with a perfect size and lovely juiciness. It’s rare to find good piglet in restaurants because it’s often subpar and mostly aimed at tourists, but this one was made with real care. We loved lunch and will definitely come back.
