Calatabione was an enjoyable town, with all the services we needed. We loved having a private spot to watch the sunrise or sit out for dinner at sunset, and the bright, welcoming apartment was clean and well kept. It sits among the greenery of the Sicilian countryside, with a breathtaking view of the sea and a peaceful feel. Antonio and Lidia were kind, courteous, and ready to help with requests. I’m especially grateful for how understanding they were when something unexpected came up. Their kindness really stayed with me. I’ll treasure this experience. If you want to be near the sea without being in a crowded place, I’d recommend it without hesitation.

Antonio was a great host, and the garden had the biggest lemons I’ve ever seen, with such good flavor. The apartments were lovely and the week was a beautiful one. Getting in through the gate across the stream felt a bit extreme. It’s a typical Sicilian village with everything you need.

For ten days we explored eastern Sicily, then came back each evening to a warm welcome and a view over Taormina. The owners were delightful, and it was a wonderful holiday. Thanks for everything!

It’s a peaceful place, and the apartment was beautiful and spotless. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, always there if we needed anything, just a message away. Definitely recommend it.
