Gästehaus Thaler

The location and our room at Mrs. Thaler's were fantastic, and there was plenty of parking right by the house. We felt very at ease and would gladly come back.

There’s no breakfast at the moment, unfortunately. Still, this is an affordable, comfortable place to stay, with good value for money. The rooms were very clean, the owner friendly, and the view of Kaltern was lovely. There’s a large heated pool and a beautiful garden. Drinks are available for self-service from the fridge at reasonable prices.

The pool and the peaceful, central setting in Kaltern were the best parts for me, with lovely mountain views from the heated outdoor pool. The price felt excellent for what we got. My two children and I stayed in a roomy two-room apartment with a large balcony. It had a newly renovated bathroom, simple practical furnishings, and a nearly new kitchen with all the basics. The owner can provide anything extra you might need. The center, Mendelbahn cable car, and hiking trail starting points are all within walking distance. Keep up the good work!

It was really quiet, with barely any traffic noise, and the view across the whole valley was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The room was good for the price, with a large, newly renovated bathroom and shower. The town center is about 1 km away.
