The welcome at reception was really friendly. The rooms are simple and traditional, with a modern touch, and perfectly clean. I felt very comfortable here and would like to come back. The pool area was lovely and quiet, the prices were fair, and the location is convenient, around a 5-10 minute walk down to the lake. Seems great for a short summer break.

Seeperle has wonderful views from every room, in what felt like the most beautiful place in the world. The hotel and restaurant were exceptionally nice, with friendly hosts and staff and great food and wine. The buffet breakfasts were wonderful, and the five-course gourmet dinners were included in the price. I'd love to visit again!

A wallet with a considerable amount of cash was stolen from our room this morning (6/12). I contacted the administrator, but he tried to convince me it hadn't happened, saying he knew the employee responsible for cleaning. The administrator and the people working there are terrible. You can't leave anything in the room for a couple of hours and expect it to still be there. At this point, you have to tie everything around your neck. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The parking is there, even if it doesn't look like it at first. Drive slowly past the two outdoor tables on your right and you'll spot the lot. This family-run hotel, winery, and restaurant is one of my favorite spots at Kaltern lake. You can feel how much they care about what they do, and the customer service is excellent. I love the wine, the food, and the cappuccino. Inside, it's modern with a South Tyrol touch. They're open every day. Hope you enjoy your stay, and thanks for reading my review.
