Heidi welcomed us so warmly and helped us figure out what to see, which trails to hike, wineries to visit, and how to get around. That thoughtfulness made a real difference during our stay at Residence La Terrazza. My boyfriend and I used it as a base for visiting the cities we had in mind, and it worked out perfectly. The place was clean and well cared for, from the apartment to the shared areas. We could buy wine there or simply make a coffee or herbal tea, and everyone was kind and courteous. We also really appreciated the completely free pass that lets tourists travel across Trentino by any kind of transport. We’d definitely come back! ❤️

Dogs are welcome here, and the owners are friendly. The residence is clean and welcoming, with a handy spot for visiting lots of attractions. It’s a five-minute walk to the center of Caldaro. Highly recommended!

The terrace is spacious, and the view from there and from the apartment is lovely. We could walk to Kaltern's village center in about five minutes and to the Mendelbahn cable car in around ten. The place was clean, good value, and our hostess was very friendly. We had five wonderful days and would happily recommend it.

We found Heidi's at the last minute while looking for somewhere affordable in Kaltern that would take our dog. Heidi replied quickly, welcomed our furry friend, and gave us a lovely room where we slept really well. What a warm, hospitable place. The house is set up for couples and families and is centrally located near Mitterdorf. Breakfast is self-catered in the conservatory, or you can head to the nearby Woernle bakery. More than perfect for us. We'll be back!

The kitchen equipment was poor, and the bathroom window can't open all the way because it's right in front of the shower. The third-floor apartments get very hot, so I wouldn't recommend them. If you're arriving by foot, train, or bus, this place may suit you. By car, though, the parking situation is frustrating despite the listing saying parking is available. There's very little space, and the underground garage costs €15 a day, which I think is a complete rip-off.
