We had a bad experience because things weren't clear. There was no notice that using the room heating was limited or would cost extra, and we used it. We contacted the owner twice to ask how to adjust it, but only got told to check whether the boiler was blocked, with no further explanation. Later, we were reprimanded over an alleged increase in costs. This caused us inconvenience and spoiled our stay.
