Orso Momo

The tasting menu is generous, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. Great value for money. I highly recommend it!

There's plenty of free parking nearby, and the location works well whether you're staying in town or just passing through. Outside, there's a large, simple terrace. Inside is clean and well kept, with a giant brazier and the pizza oven right next to it. Some dishes use mushrooms, so you can enjoy local delicacies. The bathroom is spotless, fresh, and fragrant. Food was excellent and carefully presented, with some dishes served on slate, and the value for money was good. Like this review if you enjoyed it, and follow me on Google Maps if you'd like.

I'm still here at the restaurant, and had to interrupt dinner to write this. They welcomed me so kindly, and the service has been fast and attentive. The menu has a good selection across appetizers, first and second courses, pizzas, and side dishes. The place feels welcoming and nicely decorated, almost like being at home. I ordered an appetizer and grilled meat as my second course. That meat was divine, beautifully presented, generous, and cooked so well. I'm very satisfied and will come back whenever I'm near Calizzano. A deserved five stars.

We had a great lunch with our two small children. The place was welcoming and very clean, and the barbecue was excellent!
