Affordable rates and a spot in the heart of Caltanissetta's historic center make this a good value. The Town Hall, University and Conservatory are just steps away. What really adds to the stay, though, is the property manager, Mr. Giuseppe. He's professional, courteous and always willing to help with guests' needs.

The room was nice, and for the price the quality was excellent. It was cleaned and tidied every morning, and the air conditioning and hot water worked. I saw none of the cobwebs or cockroaches I'd read about. The people were genuinely welcoming and ready to help. I can't say where the reviewers who complained had stayed, but my wife and I had a good experience after choosing to book despite the negative reviews. I'm from Caltanissetta, and you have to expect parking in the center to be difficult, as in any city, and follow the traffic rules with some common sense. I didn't expect breakfast in bed, either. At that price, I'm not looking for a five-star stay, and people expecting everything to be top-notch might not find that even at a five-star hotel. There may be little things someone won't like, but no one is happy with everything. I'm happy with my stay. Thanks, Giuseppe. Nice meeting you, and see you next time.

The central location was a real plus, but the room I stayed in was very basic and had quite a few things that could be better.

I stayed at this B&B on September 6, 2025, and had a terrible experience. There was hair in the beds, cockroaches in the room, no water, and the air conditioning wasn't working. I'd gladly give it zero stars if I could. Don't go, it isn't like it looks in the photos.
