The rooms and breakfast were great, and everyone on the staff was kind. My family and I had a good stay here and would recommend the hotel. Thank you!

The restaurant and breakfast were both really good, and the service was a 10. Mr. Antonio at reception and the restaurant staff were very professional. We spent 4 days here and found the hotel really welcoming.

Everyone was the kind of person who was happy to help. The hotel has a decent room, bathroom, restaurant and lobby, and there’s a nice shopping mall 200 meters away for basic groceries, food and water. The location is a bit inconvenient, especially in summer when the bus services are spread out. One thing that bothered me was that the restaurant reception was a little mean about returning my coin balance after I paid cash.

The owners are real gems, and the rooms were clean. We only stayed one night on our way to Sorrento, so didn’t get to explore much. The property is gated, with underground parking that was just what we needed. Breakfast was pretty good too.

The staff at both reception and the restaurant were friendly and professional. Many thanks to Roberto, Pepe and Co. We were surprised to learn that the hotel’s own restaurant is famous and a favorite with locals. Its Italian menu has a rich choice of pasta, meat, fish and seafood, and we came back to Donato for dinner each day after having lunch elsewhere on our trips outside Napoli. The food was lovely, and of course, “Il vino” :) The hotel is nice and cozy, just outside Napoli, and offers free underground garage parking to hotel guests. Five stars for the whole experience, and I’d rate it even higher if I could.
