Marta and Alberto were so welcoming and flexible with our group. Dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet were both exceptional. It's a lovely little hotel, an easy walk to the beach, with comfortable rooms that have been updated.

We had nice rooms, comfortable beds, good shower pressure and a spacious bathroom. What really stood out was the service: we were heading to cinque terre early and asked how soon we could have breakfast. They offered a huge buffet at 6:30am. Incredible, and I can't recommend them enough.

A great spot, just two blocks from the beach. The owner was very friendly, and breakfast came with a different Italian cake. The hotel is super cute, with bright, clean, spacious rooms.

A few minutes on foot gets you to the beach, promenade and some wonderful restaurants, and Viareggio itself felt beautiful and safe for walking and biking. There were lots of happy families around the city and beach, and prices were reasonable. Marta and Alberto lent us bikes and arranged everything for our time at the beach, and they went out of their way to make our visit comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh homemade granolas, pastries, juice, cheese, fruit, eggs, meats and omelets cooked to order. Our room was simple and spacious. Hotel Petit is in a beautiful old villa that Marta and Alberto have modernized and decorated with great taste. They're wonderful, extremely friendly hosts, and we'd love to come back someday.

The restaurant is amazing, and the hotel is close to the beach. The owners are incredibly helpful and nice. If you're celiac or not, this is the place: it's certified safe for Celiacs. 11/10.
