We didn't try the swimming pool, but the property also has one, along with reserved shaded parking. The top-floor apartment is new, clean, and well looked after. Its large bedroom had an excellent firm mattress without the usual dips, and the terrace offered a beautiful view and a nice spot for meals or breakfast. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped, while the kitchen and refrigerator worked perfectly. Air conditioning was provided too.

The house was fine, and the central location was excellent, just steps from the center and the beaches. Sleeping was the problem: the sofa bed's very thin mattress was uncomfortable, and the master bedroom bed wasn't much better. The sofa bed could be replaced with a bunk bed with proper mattresses. There also needs to be a way to load and unload luggage, since all the parking spots outside the house are reserved.

I was after peace and quiet this summer and found it at this lovely residence. The apartment was attractive and thoughtfully laid out, and parking was very convenient. We met Teodoro, who was wonderful and helpful. You'll need a car for the beaches and town center, but parking wasn't a problem for us. The mosquito repellent is unique.

The quiet hillside position above Marina di Camerota was a real plus, and there was space to park, partly in the shade. The kitchen was well equipped, the appliances fairly new, and there was air conditioning and a barbecue for guests. The pool schedule was restrictive, open only from 9 to 13:30 and 16:30 to 19:30. It closed early at lunchtime one day, early in the evening another day, and stayed closed for maintenance on Saturday. There was hardly any shade, with no umbrellas by the pool or in the shared areas. The furnishings were heavily worn. Our apartment's bathroom had plenty of fittings, but its layout was awkward for an average-sized adult. And, though nobody can help it, there were loads of mosquitoes.
