La Bursch

Breakfast and dinner were sublime, and the team was fantastic. The service felt impeccable, and the bright, comfortable rooms gave the hotel a home-like feel. We also appreciated the attention to sustainability and ecological features. We’d gladly return to La Bürsche and recommend it.

The rooms each have their own theme, and staying overnight makes the place feel even more magical. The views around La Bursch are breathtaking too. For an aperitivo, I loved the cozy room that feels like the living room of a beautiful home, with musical instruments and games. It’s a fun place to meet friends, and anyone in the group who’s an artist can perform while everyone enjoys food and drinks. La Bursch has spaces to suit different preferences, making it a special experience beyond a typical restaurant in a busy town. I can’t wait to return.

I came across this extraordinary hotel by chance while climbing in the area, and it was well worth the stop. I didn’t get to meet the owner, but I could tell a lot of love and planning had gone into creating the place. I’m already thinking about coming back soon.

The building is beautiful, with authentic details preserved alongside modern comfort. We found the staff really friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food made a strong impression. The lovely view and sounds of nature were so calming during our stay. We had a wonderful time at La Bursch and will come back.
