The hotel is well placed for getting between the coast and the inland villages, with all their history. I found it welcoming, with genuinely professional and friendly staff, and the big outdoor thermal pool was wonderful. I'd definitely recommend it.

For a quiet break at thermal baths near the sea, this is a really good spot to recharge. Nothing's perfect, but I had a lovely, relaxing experience. Thank you!

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and I found the hotel comfortable. There are hot springs spa facilities, plus a nice breakfast and an on-site restaurant.

I ended up here for a night after there were no more train options to Pisa, and it turned out to be a decent detour. The morning front desk lady with the Indian-style tattoo was a big help. She arranged a taxi and checked back when it was late. At night, the staff had my key ready, and check-in was friendly and quick. The room was basic, but the bed was comfortable. It had no headboard, which looked a little bare, and the roomy walk-in shower was nice, though the shower head needs fixing unless you want water all over the bathroom. There was also a small balcony, handy for smokers. I didn't try the pool. Breakfast was very sweet, with lots of pastries and desserts. Kids may get pretty sugar-fueled. Just one staff member was handling the breakfast area, but she was fast, friendly, and seemed to be everywhere at once. I'd stay again if I'm back around here. The staff were friendly, the comfort was decent, and the place had an easygoing feel.
