The meals were a real highlight for us, with the quality and care coming through in every dish. The new Col Rodella gondola was easy to reach thanks to the well-organized shuttle service, which made getting around stress-free. Alpen Hotel Panorama in Campitello di Fassa has a warm, cozy feel from the moment you arrive. It's very much a family-run place, and the care is personal. The owner is around, and her sons were cheerful, helpful, and full of energy. They went out of their way for us more than once, and we felt at home instead of like ordinary hotel guests. We had a fantastic, relaxing holiday and will definitely return. Everyone in the family was kind and welcoming, and each interaction made the trip more enjoyable.

The food was a standout, from the carefully chosen ingredients and lovely flavors at dinner to the generous, well-organized breakfast buffet. The chef clearly puts care into dinner, and it felt like eating at a fine-dining restaurant. Our room was spotless, new, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made the place special was the personal warmth. The owners' dedication showed in the details, and the employees were attentive, friendly, and always smiling. We felt treated like part of the family, not just visitors. The welcome felt natural and sincere from the start, and you can tell the hotel is run with heart. We'd absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, warmth, and genuine hospitality. 💙

The food at dinner was excellent, really tasty and high quality. The room felt a little chilly to me, though turning the heating up to +3 made it okay. I just prefer it warmer. The spa area is small, but it's enough if all you want is a sauna. A great spot for a winter ski holiday, with a very good location and a skibus driven by an excellent driver. It's about a three-minute drive to the lift, then a quick ride up onto the Sellaronda. I'd definitely recommend it.

The themed dinner evenings were a nice touch and kept the meals from feeling repetitive. The kitchen was a delight, and the staff were really nice and helpful in every way. A big plus was getting a ride to the ski lift, which helped make the ski trip a success. The rooms were well kept and stylish. Best of all, the view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. This part of the valley is beautifully situated, and staying here let me forget about reality for a while. If I return to Sellaronde, I'll stay at Alpenhotel Panorama again. Thank you!

We spent a week here during ski season and were really impressed by the high level of service. The room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. The food was good and varied, with options for vegans too. I loved the cute, cozy alpine design, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended!
